At Smoking Authority, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience a problem with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer unless they arrived defective.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards (if applicable)
- Products damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an unused item, please contact us before returning your order.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was shipped.
- The item arrived damaged.
- The product is defective upon arrival.
Smoking Authority recommends using a trackable shipping service for returned merchandise.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been shipped.
Once an order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
