Smoking Authority is committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and accurately as possible.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully authorized.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Methods
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Shipping Restrictions
Smoking Authority ships only to locations where our products may legally be sold and possessed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that cannot legally be shipped to the destination provided.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased products comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order.
Smoking Authority is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will gladly assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Whenever possible, retain the original packaging and take photographs of the damaged shipment to assist with any carrier claims.
International Shipping
At this time, Smoking Authority primarily ships within the United States.
International shipping may be available for select destinations where permitted by law. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
